What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message content — when you fill in a form on this site, email us, or book a call. We also receive standard server-side request data (IP address, user agent) for security and rate limiting.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide a service you've requested, and to maintain a record of our conversation so we can pick up where we left off. That's it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Active client records are retained for the duration of our engagement and for up to 6 years afterwards (to comply with UK accounting and tax record-keeping requirements).
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the third-party providers we use to run this website and our business — these include Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google (Analytics, when you consent to cookies) and our accountants. All are subject to their own data protection terms, and most process data under UK/EU GDPR terms or equivalent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and obtain a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@getmarketingonline.co.uk. We'll respond within one calendar month.
