How our fee works

Our management fee is flat — £249/month for single-campaign accounts, £600–£1,000/month for larger multi-campaign accounts. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google. We never take a percentage of ad spend, which means we have no incentive to push your budget higher; our incentive is to make the campaigns work. If they do, you spend more; if they don't, we fix them.

How much ad budget do you need?

As a rule of thumb, for a small local business we recommend starting with £500–£1,500/month in ad spend on top of the management fee. For B2B or competitive industries, £2,000+ is often the minimum to generate useful data. We'll give you a realistic budget estimate during the discovery call, based on cost-per-click data for your target keywords.

Campaign types we manage

Primarily Google Search, which delivers the best ROI for most small businesses because it targets people actively searching for what you offer. We also run Google Shopping for e-commerce clients, Performance Max when appropriate, and YouTube pre-roll where it makes sense. We don't take on Display-only or retargeting-only briefs — they rarely deliver the results a small business needs on their own.

Working with your existing account

If you're already running Google Ads, we'll audit your account for free. We almost always find significant improvements in targeting, negative keywords, ad copy or landing page alignment. In most cases we can take over and improve performance within 4–6 weeks.
