The brief
County Celebrants Network is a UK group of funeral and wedding celebrants. Families come to them to mark a funeral or a wedding with a personal ceremony, and people also come to train as celebrants. Their previous website was built in 2017. They wanted a full rebuild: a more current design, a clearer way through the site, and care in place from the day it launched.
What we did
The new site is live. We redesigned it around the work the network actually does — bespoke funeral ceremonies, heartfelt wedding ceremonies, and guidance through whatever the occasion asks for — with shorter paths for families finding a celebrant and for people looking at training. The rebuild also improved on-page SEO and page-load speed, so the site is quicker to use and easier to find than the one it replaced.
Ongoing care
County Celebrants Network is on a Website Care plan covering hosting, security, performance and content updates. Member listings, training details and ceremony pages can stay current, and the team can stay focused on the ceremonies.
