The brief
Discover Essex needed a modern home online — somewhere that read well, loaded fast and made it easy for visitors to explore places and plan days out. The previous site was slow and hard to update, which made it hard to publish new content regularly.
What we did
We designed and built the new site from scratch: mobile-first layouts, clean editorial typography, structured content types for places and events, and proper on-page SEO across the board. The team can now publish updates straight from the CMS without any developer involvement.
Ongoing care
Discover Essex is on our Care Pro plan. That covers EU-hosted infrastructure, daily backups, uptime monitoring and 60 minutes of website changes each month, rolling over for up to two months if unused — so the site stays fast, secure and current as the business grows.
